Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of LARPO's control.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on all LARPO orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor its progress.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to become active after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at larposupport@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the package and product.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

International Orders

If international shipping is offered, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.
